Vertical Babington (Test Heat exchanger )

Here The first test for the heat exchanger. It works pretty well, but I still lose a lot of heat through the chimney. I think I make a other heat exchanger and connect that one to the first one. For testing purposes I have connected the heat exchanger to the garden hose. I don't know how hot the water is at the outlet from the exchanger, but I cant keep my hand in the stream. Its to hot to touch. In the future I want to circulate the water from the outlet back to the inlet so I can pump more water trough it. I also want to connect a 200 litre oil drum between it so I have a nice hot water buffer. I finished the frame for the exchanger but I still have to make all of the controls that are going to be attached to it. Its made from scrap metal that I had lying around. I also connected the oil tank that I had already made for a drip feed burner to the frame. It can hold 10 litres of oil. Its feeding the fryer if it gets low on oil. The fryer is switched off once the burner is running. The burner pot and heat coil keeps the oil hot enough. I already connected a electric valve to the oil tank but I have to make a level switch for the fryer. That switch opens the valve to the fryer if its low on oil. Its only a very small stream of oil because I don't want to dump in a bunch of cold waste oil at once. I tried that and I makes the flame unstable.
